Frequently Asked Questions:

Do I have to live in Auckland to purchase a Seedling CSA pack from For The Love of Bees and OMG?

You can live anywhere and purchase an OMG seedling pack, though we are a collection only service and we DO NOT deliver. If your pack is not collected one week after the collection date and we have not heard back from you, your seedlings will be gifted to someone in need.

Are refunds available?

There are no refunds available as we follow a Community Supported Agriculture model. You support us by pre purchasing your pack (enabling us to pay our young farmers).

Can I purchase custom seedling packs?

We grow custom seedling packs for orders over $360.00 (250+ seedlings), email us with a direct inquiry.

What is a Polycrop Guild?

Polycropping is a biointensive way of planting veggies, fruits and herbs where plants work closely together, keeping the soil shaded and feeding diverse microbiology below ground. This means healthier plants and more nutrient dense  food.

 What is Community Supported Agriculture?

Instead of growing food to sell at farmers markets or supply to supermarket chains, a CSA farm is supported by seasonal subscriptions from the local community.

CSA members essentially buy a ‘share’ in the farm’s yields for a season. The OMG Farm offers Veggie Box subscriptions that last the 13 weeks of Summer, Autumn, Winter or Spring. We also have CSA subscriptions for Seedlings and Compost.
